Numerous times I've been asked how I make a resume and include all the hospitals that I've traveled to. I've only been traveling since 2010 and I only do 3 contracts a year so the list could be a lot longer. This template is what my husband and I came up with for my situation as a labor nurse. If the travel list gets too long I think I would just add travel nurse under the professional experience and give detail highlights with specifics (in the format below)  listed on a 2nd page
